SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged item, please contact Anna Augusta customer service representative immediately within 3 (three) days of delivery at info@annaaugusta.com or (+1) 646 377 3250.

Currently we take orders from the continental US (excludes Hawaii and Alaska) and Canada only.

We do not take and ship international orders. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

All orders within the US and Canada are shipped via UPS. For security reasons, purchases made online require a signature upon delivery unless opted out at checkout.

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Anna Augusta cannot be responsible for unanticipated shipper delays.

Orders with multiple items may ship in multiple packages.
