Return & Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Anna Augusta for your special day! We are committed to ensuring your utmost satisfaction for all online purchases.

This Return & Refund policy applies to all wedding and evening dresses and accessories ("Merchandise") sold by Anna Augusta Corp, either in-store or online.

Anna Augusta reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not adhere to our policy; such items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

1.    Return Period:
Returns must be initiated within 7 (seven) days of receiving the product. The merchandise must be returned within 14 (fourteen) days of the initial receipt. No exclusions!

2.    Condition:
The merchandise must be returned in new, original condition, unused, unworn, condition with all original tags attached.

The merchandise must not have any stains, scuffs, tears, or any form of damage

The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.

Merchandise that are damaged, soiled, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return and may be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.

Please avoid wearing perfume or deodorant as these can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable

3.    Proof of Purchase:
All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

4.    Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from your refund for merchandise that are returned without the original packaging or if the packaging is damaged.

5.    Exclusions:
Custom-made, made-to-measure, and personalized merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged due to their unique nature.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

6.    Shipping:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipment.

7. Process for initiating Return
Contact Anna Augusta Customer Service at info@annaaugusta.com or (1) 646 377 3250 to initiate the return process

Complete the Return Authorization Form provided by Anna Augusta Customer Service

Ship the Product back to Anna Augusta at 2384 Coney Island Ave, 2nd Fl, Brooklyn, NY 11223  within the time frame mentioned above.

8.    Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 (ten) business days to the original method of payment.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

9.    Exchanges:
Due to limited inventory, we cannot guarantee merchandise exchanges. However, we will do our best to accommodate your needs if an exchange is requested.

10.    Exceptions:
Any exceptions to this return policy will be at the discretion of Anna Augusta customer service department
